Patricia Resnik
Patricia Resnik, MJ, MBA, RRT, FACHE, CPHQ, CHC, CHPC, CMAC, is a senior healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience spanning the continuum of care. In addition to serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), she is also serving as the Compliance Officer for HealPros, an Atlanta-based provider of home services. In this role she is collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals passionate about helping health plans bring vital services to aging members with chronic health conditions to their homes, community, and remotely.
Patty is the former VP of Operations for the ChristianaCare Center for Virtual Health, co-engineering the design of the Center’s quality and compliance infrastructure, primary & specialty virtual care practices, and the Hospital Care at Home program. She co-created the design of the ChristianaCare population health care management entity, CareVio, leading CareVio through its initial NCQA accreditation for five care management and population health programs. Her acute care experience includes the VP of acute care quality, case management, UM, social work and CDI.
As current adjunct faculty for Wilmington University Patty designs and teaches graduate and undergraduate level courses, while serving on the advisory board for the DBA program and undergraduate program in health sciences. She is the primary author of the “Population Health and Care Transitions” section of the NAHQ publication, HQ Solutions, Resource for the Healthcare Quality Professional.
Patty earned her Master of Jurisprudence in health law from the Widener University Law Schools and her MBA at Widener. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, a registered respiratory therapist and is certified in healthcare quality, compliance, privacy, and case management administration.
