Stephanie Iorio, BSN, RN, CPHQ, brings over two decades of experience helping hospitals turn clinical, quality, financial and patient safety data into reliable insight for improvement. As Vice President of Operations, Products & Services at American Data Network (ADN), she oversees the strategy, delivery, and continuous enhancement of ADN’s solutions, including the launch of its Data Abstraction Outsourcing Service 15 years ago. Under her leadership, ADN has implemented and scaled hundreds of clinical data abstraction programs nationwide, spanning Core Measures, national registries, and state-specific initiatives.
A former member of the Board of Directors for the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), where she chaired the Education Committee, Stephanie has also served as a senior examiner for the Arkansas Governor’s Quality Award. Drawing on this breadth of governance and front-line experience, she is uniquely positioned to guide leaders in building high-reliability abstraction programs that achieve consistent, audit-ready data—“every case, every abstractor, every time.”
