This session will review the competencies of the Patient Safety Domain of the Healthcare Quality Competency Framework and discuss ways to actualize these competencies to improve your organization’s safety practices which are reflected in the Leapfrog Hospital Survey. The 2025 Leapfrog Survey opens on April 1st, and this webinar is your opportunity to understand what your processes and structure can do to improve your care delivery.
