This webinar explores how principles of Quality Improvement (QI)—traditionally used in healthcare systems—can be adapted for personal and professional self-care practices. There will also be a discussion on how to use data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement frameworks to create and evaluate a customized self‑care plan.
