The final session of the Driving Change in Healthcare series, the focus will be on sustaining and scaling change across departments and disciplines. This session will explore strategies to engage stakeholders, build momentum, and promote accountability through data-driven storytelling. Participants will examine real-world examples of both successful and stalled initiatives to uncover lessons in overcoming resistance and maintaining progress. Participants also discuss how to effectively scope and sequence change efforts to support long-term success.

This learning lab is part #3 of a 3-part series. Each webinar can be attended individually, but for the most comprehensive experience, we encourage participants to register for the full series on Driving Change in Healthcare.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore strategies to engage stakeholders and build momentum for change.
  • Analyze real-world examples of both successful and stalled change initiatives to gain insight into overcoming resistance, promoting accountability, and leveraging data-driven story telling.
  • Discuss how to scope, prioritize, and adapt change efforts in complex environments.
