Fergus is a seasoned product executive with over a decade of experience in driving strategic revenue and customer growth for scaling organizations. He's currently partnering with NAHQ to facilitate the next phase of product innovation on Workforce Accelerator after three years as Head of Employer Products at Collective Health, a Silicon Valley startup. Before Collective Health, he spent six years at the American Medical Association scaling the services of their flagship Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and AMA EdHub products. Fergus has launched $80+ million dollars in services that delight customers and has contributed significantly to the retention and revenue at the organizations he’s led.
