The Washington Patient Safety Coalition, Health Quality BC and Oregon Patient Safety Commission present the 22nd annual Northwest Patient Safety Conference on October 16-17, 2025. It unites healthcare professionals, providers, patients, families, and caregivers in all care settings from all over the world.
The theme is “Navigating Rough Seas.” The conference will provide insight, actionable tools, and techniques to help us address a new level of complexity: an environment of uncertainty, distrust, and resource obstacles.
The conference includes 14-hours of live sessions, entirely virtual. The presentations are recorded and available to attendees for a year.
