Join NAHQ Board President, Patty Resnik, for an overview of the CMS Transforming Episode Accountability Model, and a discussion around the quality requirements for the program. The TEAM supports people with traditional, fee-for-service Medicare undergoing selected surgical procedures with a focus on better care coordination, seamless transitions between providers, and successful recovery.
