Gloria Juarez is responsible for supporting the daily administration of the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification program, including the assistance of NCCA/ICE accreditation, working with NAHQ's 3rd-party testing vendor (PSI) on the logistics of exam delivery, assistance with recertification activities, reviewing audits, volunteer management, and related teams. She has 15 years of experience in certification administration, customer service, & technical support, many of which were spent in the association realm.
